Giving - Memorials and Tribute Gifts

Honor someone you love, either in memory or a tribute, by contributing to the Cancer Resource Centre. You may choose to mark a special occasion with a donation as well. We will send a special card letting loved ones know that a gift was made for them. To make a gift, please complete the following form and mail it to the Cancer Resource Centre, 926 Ridge Road, Suite J, Munster, IN 46321. All contributions are tax deductible.
